BARBARA ANDERSON, LMT, NCBTMB
Barb is a graduate from the Dayton School of Medical Massage (Dayton, Ohio) in 2004. In addition to relaxation and therapeutic massage, Barb is trained in neuromuscular therapy, myofascial techniques, and understands various dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system. Barb tailors each session to fit the needs of every client. She is acutely aware of creating a healing space for each client and most importantly helping to teach awareness of the body. She is an asset to this center.
BECKY DAVIS, LMT
Becky graduated from Northwest Academy of Massotherapy in Maumee, Ohio, in 1999. Becky has completed advanced studies in reflexology, somatic release therapy, lymphatic techniques, sports massage, and hot stone therapy. She is also trained in a specialized sports technique (Golf Flexibility Massage) that benefits the many issues surrounding this popular sport. She also has had many years of experience as a chiropractic assistant. With her technical skills and warm smile, Becky has a positive impact on the treatment of her clients.
HELEN DREEZE, LMT
Helen took her massage therapy training at Northwest Academy of Massotherapy in Maumee, Ohio, graduating in 1999. She continued her studies in a variety of areas, becoming a Practitioner in Ortho-Bionomy. Helen provides an intuitive, healing and therapeutic approach to her work and is a caring therapist.
AMY DUMAS, LMT
Having graduated from Northwest Academy of Massotherapy in Maumee, Ohio, Amy is affectionately known here as “Viv”. She incorporates a variety of techniques to meet individual health care needs, and enjoys doing hot stone therapy. Her dedication to the art of massage is evident in the continuing education she has pursued, and is interested in sharing the benefits of massage to her clients and the community. She excels at working on specific areas of the body, doing detailed concentrated massage therapy work. Her enthusiasm will make an impact with everyone she meets.
SUE HAAS, Certified Reflexologist
Certified in the Ingham Method of Reflexology, Sue is excited about sharing the benefits of this bodywork modality. She is continuing her education and is specializing in women’s issues, including fertility problems. She is a dedicated professional.
ELAINE HEISS, LMT
A graduate of the Ohio College of Massotherapy in Akron, Ohio, Elaine is continuing her education with extensive studies in the Trager Technique. This specialized technique uses touch and physical movement that is designed to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation. She brings her nurturing healing touch (trained in “Mindful Touch”) to those who are afflicted with cancer or are in hospice, having completed intensive studies in these special areas. In addition, she brings her advanced level of experience to working with clients with Parkinson’s Disease and fibromyalgia, and with geriatrics. With her heart-centered massages, Elaine’s intent is to foster harmony and balance.
BETH LENIX, RN, LMT
Beth graduated from Northwest Academy of Massotherapy in Maumee, Ohio in 1999. Her area of expertise is in working with clients dealing with Parkinson’s disease, cancer, headaches, and traumatic stress syndrome. Beth is also a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse and utilizes various forms of energy work including Healing Touch and Reiki. Beth specializes in hot stone massage as well as sports massage, being specially trained in our Golf Flexibility Massage. She is a gifted therapist.
CATHY LEPRE, RN, LMT
Having graduated from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio, Cathy gained an Associate’s Degree in Therapeutic Massage. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and holds active licenses in both Ohio and Michigan. She concentrates on providing therapeutic massage to people who have specific medical concerns and needs, and believes that touch is an integral part of wellness and health care. Cathy is working with many clients dealing with Parkinson’s disease, and is certified in Oncology Massage. She has a nurturing, caring style that makes clients very comfortable during their sessions.
LISA WALKER, Certified Reflexologist
Welcoming our clients during the day, Lisa schedules appointments for all our therapists. Having a background in marketing and sales, she has many years of experience working with the public as a former director and consultant for the Pampered Chef company, earning many prestigious awards for her performance. Lisa is a Certified Reflexologist, having trained in the Ingham Method of Reflexology. She has an excellent grasp of physiology which assists her in this method of bodywork and has a positive effect on her clients.
