Meet Our Staff
YVONNE M. FEY, LMT, EMT-B Yvonne is the owner and director of BODY & SOLE. A graduate in 1998 from Northwest Academy of Massotherapy in Maumee, Ohio, she has completed additional advanced training in a wide variety of massage modalities including myofascial, deep tissue, and orthopedic techniques. She works on trauma, surgery recovery, and acute/chronic injury situations. Yvonne has advanced training in massage for breast conditions/surgeries and is also a Certified Practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of the Maya Abdominal Massage. This specialized massage technique addresses digestive/elimination issues as well as uterine and prostate problems. Holding a national certification in sports massage, she is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association’s sports massage team. This experience has taken her to the Boston Marathon and the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Additionally, she is the former State Coordinator for the Massage Emergency Response Team and had two tours of service at Ground Zero during the 9-11 disaster. She maintains her license as an Emergency Medical Technician at the Basic Level.
